Our new home built by Keystone Builders is fantastic. Robbie Richmond and JD Minaberry patiently worked with us for 2 years designing, redesigning and tweaking our "forever" home. We have been in the house for 3 months and can say that it is perfect. Very few items on the punch list and they have been resolved without issue. Great people to work with. Amy Steedly of ADS Designs worked with us to manage the many choices you face when building from scratch. We looked for a builder that would give us a solid, well-built house that was energy efficient and would last 30 years. I am confident we found the right builder and would recommend them highly.

We had bought a Keystone home that was several years old and out of warranty. Once we moved in, we found a leak from the rooftop deck that had been on going for several years and was not disclosed by the sellers. Once we discovered it, we tried working with our realtor, who had no interest in helping once they had their commission. My wife contacted JD with Keystone and came out looked at what was going on, and even though the home was out of warranty, made things totally right. This was an involved repair with several subs needed. JD and Keystone did all this out of their pocket. Keystone is awesome and the best building contractor I have ever worked with.

I have been back and forth with Robbie on a design changes 8 times in the last 2 years, number 1. He is still in business after Many years. I have been trying to get it right for the last 2 yrs. They understand that making a big destitution like having a home built is very stressful, a big decision I have owned. A contracting company for the past 25 yrs. So I know I am more difficult to deal with. But they are The best I have seen anywhere. I can't wait to see the finish project. These people are Top Notch Gentle Men and First class women.
